To apply
  • You must be over 18
  • You must be a resident of the UK only
  • You must be a sole applicant
  • You must have an active UK mobile phone number to receive verification codes by text message
  • You understand that this is an online account only
  • You don't use a British Forces Post Office (BFPO) address
You will need
  • Your National Insurance number
  • Your tax residency information should you pay tax outside of the UK
  • Your address details for the last two years
  • The sort code and account number of the current account from which you'll transfer your funds
