Two-step Online Banking secure set up
STEP ONE - Create a new password
- You'll be asked to enter your new customer number, followed by the passcode we'll send to your mobile phone via SMS, so we know it's you.
STEP TWO - Log in to Online Banking
- Once you've created your password, click the 'I've created my password' button and you'll be ready to Log in to your Online Banking.
- You'll be asked for your new customer number and the password you have just created.
